# clsTimelinessOfFirstPayment

`clsTimelinessOfFirstPayment` is a read-only business object (declared in `clsITimelinessOfFirstPayment.vb`, a filename/type-name mismatch) that evaluates timeliness of the first benefit payment via `sp82067_TimelinessOf1stPayment`, optionally requesting a `'Detail'` variant.

## Purpose
- Wraps `sp82067_TimelinessOf1stPayment` as a strongly-typed read-only object ([SQL-034](../../sql/SQL-034.md)).
- Conditionally adds a `requestType = 'Detail'` parameter when `Criteria.FromClaimDetail` is true, so the procedure must tolerate both a 1-input and 2-input signature.*

## Behavioral notes
- Reuses the `clsAggRightDates01` "Claim Not Found" error identifier, an ID collision likely caused by copy/paste.**
- The procedure body resides in the Oracle database and could not be retrieved in this environment.*

## Constraints and usage notes
- Set `FromClaimDetail` to `True` only when the caller specifically needs the Detail variant of the procedure result.
